DOING SO WILL RESULT IN EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR ON THE TIRES AND THE VEHICLE. SUSPENSION & STEERING COMPONENTS WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED SOONER. AND IF THEY ARE UNBALANCED ENOUGH, THE SHAKING CAN MAKE YOU LOSE CONTROL AND CRASH.

Honestly you can drive on an unbalanced wheel the only thing you have to worry about is the vibration from the wheel. It can shake things loose

Your vehicle should be in a mechanically sound every time you sit behind the wheel.
Unbalanced tyres afford less control and cause wear and tear.
Try running, weaving and stopping quickly in unbalanced shoes....I suggest one 6" stilleto and one wellington boot as an extreme example :-)

Hell no!!!, Because when you tires shakes you car shakes and that means you breaks are getting slammed "warped and uneven rubbing". If you go fast enough you will screw up you breaks and you could even grind a spindle off. If it go bad enough that the car rattles all over the place the wheels could be passing you by real soon.

depends how bad they are out of balance. Out of balance tires wear out much sooner plus they cause abnormal wear on other parts of the car. Eventually, the parts will deteriorate to the point they won't work and that is UNSAFE. Balanced tires give you a very much smoother and more comfortable ride. It is a good idea to have them balanced.
