My 3 year old twin boys were playing on the floor and knocked their heads together. One hit the other with the forehead into the other ones back of the head. They cried for about 2 mins and now are acting fine. I did hear the heads hit and I am just worried. I am calling the call a nurse at the hospital and I am still on hold (45mins). I can take them in but I have two other children here (babysitting) and their parents did not leave their carseats. Should I call 911, or do you think they are ok. I don't feel any knots or anything.

Stay on the phone and try to talk to a nurse. Pay close attention to the boys, and see if you notice any changes. Try not to let them go to sleep for a few hours, just in case.
If they seem ok after a few hours, and aren't feeling dizzy or having any abnormal symptoms, then they are probably just fine. I think if they had concussions or anything they would already be feeling a little dizzy or disoriented.
If you are REALLY worried, then go to the hospital.
Good luck and god bless.

As long as they don't go to sleep, don't pass out and don't start to vomit they are fine. You are not suppose to let them go to sleep atleast two hours after an head injury (I think). I just know they aren't suppose to be allowed to go to sleep.
If they seem okay and you don't see blood or a bad discoloration, I wouldn't worry too much. Continue to hold for the nurse, just to be on the safe side. If it were that bad, you would have dialed 911 instead of the nurse and you would not still be on hold. Just keep a close eye on them and if you are still worried, take them to the doctor.
God Bless and Good Luck!!!

I have twin boys and they banged their heads together and I had the same reaction as you. One time a nurse told me that it is only a concussion if they lose consciousness. I have two older boys too. But back to the twins...those two have wrestled their way through life all of their life, they are like a pair of pups that roll in a wrestling little ball everywhere they go...I used to worry about them more than I do now.

They are probably fine. A small child's skull is alot more flexible than an adults. It reminds me of my grandfather and when us kids would do something like that...He would make a (pretend) fuss about one of us loosing some of our "smarts" to the other child...He loved to BS us kids.
