Get a big knife, you know something use would use to carve the turkey. Then start cutting, when you hit bone it's gone. See nothing to it.

There is a new hair removal technique called IPL which uses an ultrasonic frequency to kill off the matrix of the hair follicle. A side-effect of this method is that it also breaks down ink under the surface of the skin.
Unfortunately, it's not that cheap (though from what I hear, cheaper than surgery or laser), and you need a few treatments before the tattoo is gone.

I would NOT advise trying to remove a tattoo on your own. But as far as anything I have ever heard is people cutting out their own tattoo. And as I had said, I definitely would not recommend that for various reasons. Although they do say the older the tattoo the easier it is to remove. But please go to a professional.

It's not like the flu, where you can go buy something to get rid of it.
Start thinking LASERS. And it's not going to be cheap.

You will need a ruby laser and the general rule of thumb is that it will cost 4-5 times as much to get it removed as it cost to put on, and the pain is worse than when you put it on. You will have permanently really white skin after as the pigment will be destroyed/attacked (it is technically a burn). Easy-ish to find on the internet. Ruby pulse laser. Wave goodbye...

sorry. lazer tattoo removal is the only way i know to actually remove a tattoo. sorry you're not happy with your tattoo anymore.

Sorry the only way to remove a tattoo is surgically.
