Do they clean the fishs from inside? I mean, what about the dirt?

Do they clean the fishs from inside at the factory? Do they take off the filth from the sardines' stomach?

Sardines live in the ocean as herring. The head and organs are removed. Look at the belly and you will notice it is split to facilate cleaning. I guess your reference to dirt is the body wastes, which are removed.

Most probably they are. If sardines weren't clean, they wouldn't be selling them then, so yes, sardines are clean.
