I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find a single one. You might try the Centre D’Information Sur Les Nouvelles Religions Canada to be sure, however.

Am unaware of centers in Canada, but the following organization teaches surat shabda yoga / sant mant ... the same as Radha Soami Satsang Beas:

They travel all over the world to deliver satsangs, and also broadcast satsangs over the internet and telephone lines.
