here's an easy way to distinguish the difference:

you have a problem with someONE (a person).

you have a problem about someTHING (a thing).

easy? :)

I think that having a problem with something means that you don't agree with it, having a problem about something is when you don't understand what's going on... but that's just how I tried to figure it out for myself.
