difference that can be observed bet eggs cooled immediately after cooking & eggs left to cool at room temp?

In my experience, the yolks of hard boiled eggs that are cooked too long turn greenish. Since eggs will keep cooking for a while if you don't cool them, the yolks may get this greenish color. It's fine to eat, just doesn't look so good.
