Yes its safe. Just follow the directions. Or ask your local GNC person to tell you all the facts and see if there is anything better for you to take.

There's nothing out there that'll stop your hunger, your body has gotten used to eating the way you do. That's why they call it an eating habit, although there are ways to change your eating habit. You should start out slowly, changing maybe one snack or so every week. Try eating healthier foods, like fruits and veggies when you get a little hungry and drink lots of water. A lot of times when you're body says it's hungry, it's just thirsty. Doctors tell you to drink at least 8 glasses for a reason. As far as Hydroxicut goes, that'll only help you lose the weight if you also become active. Again, take it slowly because the last thing you want to do is hurt your body. Having taken diet pills in the past, I've got to tell you it's hard to tell what weightloss actually came from taking the pills. Either way, all you need is the right motivation and dedication and you'll reach you're gaol in no time. Good luck.

It's safe but won't work unless you're following a good diet and exercise plan. I'm not sure if Hydroxycut had Hoodia in it bc when I took it, it didn't suppress my appetite.

I've heard that Venom Hyperdrive by ALRI has hoodia and suppresses appetites very well. I guess i'll see for myself bc I'll be starting it on Friday! Good luck.

As long as it's the ephedra-free kind. Please follow the instructions carefully.

It's okay for you to be hungry all the time. If you eat fist size portions of good-for-you foods throughout the day, you will burn more fat than not eating at all. Keep your metabolism up by feeding your hunger, just be smart about what you eat.

I used it but only one pill a day in the morning. I found it didn't really stop my hunger as much as it just made my heart beat faster.
