APART from bad eating ,your basic metabolic rate (BMR)is a key factor.this is the efficiency which your resting body burns up food and converts it into fuel.People's BMRs differ:2 brothers living in the same home and eating the samefood can be totally different body shapes..The body also contains white and brown fats.the brown fat is able to store huge amount of energy without causing obesity.those unfortunate people whose bodies have a smaller % of brown fat turn their surplus energy into less healthy white fat.Steroid drugs,oral contraceptives,HRT and insulin used by dibetics may cause weight gain too.hope that answer your question my friend

Obesity has many layers and there are several reasons why it may occur with some people and not others, genetics for the morbidly obese and emotional stability are some of the main reasons. People feel void because of something missing in their life or they can be just too busy to take care of themselves and eat healthy. So they eat and eat and eat and since this void is really emotional they never feel satisfied or full. A slow metabolic rate can contribute significantly to this as well and the sedentary lifestyles a lot of people live is responsible. yeah so it is different for each person. If you would like to avoid being obese. It really does start with your brain, its not willpower or anything like that its your brain. You have to sort out whats missing in your life or making you feel inadequate and deal with it cos food is just a medication and it won't make you feel better.

Obesity is caused by not using the energy one consumes. Often there is an inbalance.

Excessive food more then one needs and also the chemicals in the food especially that increases ones appetite.

take fattening food, cut up small enough to put in mouth, insert and repeat several times a sitting, multiple times a day
