Hiya Oscar,
You can find tri-sodium phosphate (TSP) at just about any hardware, paint store, lumber yard, etc. ... While TSP is a great detergent/cleaner, by itself it is not the best thing to use for moss removal.
For best results in removing moss, or moss staining, use a non-phosphate detergent such as DIrtex Powder or Soilax. Savogran makes a phosphate free TSP (actually a TSP substitute). Remove the stains by scrubbing surface with a solution of 1 cup phosphate free detergent with 1 cup household bleach into 1 gallon of warm water.
The reason TSP is not the best choice is this - obviously one of the components of TSP is phosphates. Phosphates are also an important and effective component in fertilizers...SInce moss is a form of plant life (as is mold, mildew, algae etc.) and requires a food source to survive, the residue left on the surface by a TSP wash actually can encourage moss and mildew growth.
The advantage to using products such as Dirtex Powder or Soilax is that they are phosphate free and non-sudsing. Non-sudsing means you don't have to rinse the surface with clean water to neutralize any residue left behind, and phosphate free means there is no residual food source for unwanted plant life to thrive on.
Whatever you end up using, don't forget to add the household bleach to your mix...none of the detergents mentioned above (including TSP) will kill the plant life without it.
I hope this info is helpful...good luck on your project.

Old fashioned hardware, or rural feed and hardware store. Avoid a product that is called TP and has a drawing of a teepee on it. That is ordinary detergent that is being presented as TSP. It is a good cleaner, but it is not good enough to prep a kitchen for a professional painting job.

You can buy TSP at Home Depot in the paint section or even at any paint or hardware store. (It is typically used to de-gloss paint as a prep step).
Good Luck.
