Minute traces of radiation were found on two jets that have been grounded. BA would have grounded all aircraft if there were any danger at all. There is no danger whatsoever.

Fly

So, you didn't fly. Why? Do you honestly think that BA would take chances with passenger's lives? Of course they wouldn't. People who make knee-jerk reactions like yours really do need to inform themselves better.

Do not cancel. The news said that British Airways was trying to contact all 30,000 passengers on those planes in the last month even though it wasn't a health risk. The planes are grounded. British Airways will handle it.

The traces of radiation detected on the British airways jets are so minute you will not be affected. You will be putting your body in far more danger if you visit the beach without suncream.
