Po`zhaluista is please in Russian but it can also mean something like, "here you are" (like when offering something to somebody) and is also can be said after someone says spasiba (thank you)...sort of like saying "oh, it's nothing."

The sound [zh] doesn't exist it the English language.
It's voiced (phonetically) [sh] (show, ship)...
...or [j] (jar, gym) without [d]
If you know French: it's like [j] in "jamais", "jaune", "jardin".
