went swimming, turned dark please help??

recently i went swimming in the pool my complexion has turned dark why ???

please help me get it back to normal??

because of the sun rays, to get back to normal just stay indoors and put on sunscreen lotion for protection. cheers

I'm assuming it was a bright, sunshiny day. The water intensifies the sunlight, causing you to tan. Even if you just sit in the shade next to a sunlit pool, you'll get a tan from the mirror effects of the water.

If you have sunburn, there are products you can buy, or you can rub the innards of an aloe vera plant on the burns, or you can bathe in tea (which would turn the burns into a tan). Otherwise just wait for a while, and the tan will eventually fade, though it may be blotchy.

It's called TAN!. People pay a salon just to get a decent tan.
Swimming specially in the tropics increases your chances of getting darker tan. Water acts like a magnifying glass when UV rays pass through it, unforutnately it stops in your skin. But then again even just lounging in a shade under the sun you still get tanned. And NO it will not return to normal in short time, but give it a couple of weeks your skin will return to normal.
For me tan is sexy. Just don't over-do it. Skin cancer, baby.

that's commonly the sunlight that turns it lighter. various of sunlight publicity will 'sunlight bleach' the hair. Chlorine might want to turn lighter hair distinct colorations too. No, swimming in an indoor pool gained't lighten your hair.
