It is very likely that the way the world is going that Jesus is coming back in our lifetime. The coming back of Jesus is likened to a women to a women giving birth pains. When a women gives birth, her contractions become more intense until she gives birth. So it is with the last days. As violence and tribulation increase in the earth, so will the coming of Jesus Christ be coming soon.

The Bible says that the Jews will gather and rebuild their temple. The Jews will recognize a creature as the savior, but he will be the son of Satan instead. He will sit on the throne in the temple and reign for seven years.

Other signs are increased natural disasters and corruption in government.

So, the Jews are recollecting and deciding where to build their temple. Governments are becoming more corrupt. And now we have hurricane after hurricane after tornado after earth quake, ect. all over the world. Seems to me like the return of Jesus is close.

Let's face it.....it is a matter of belief. Some "believe" that he will. Some "believe" that he won't. Not to be too subtle, but if you're one who believes that he will, how about considering that he is already here, in spirit. It would be more helpful if all of us would give the time and energy to studying, deeply, the background of the Bible - how it actually came to be written, and what "knowledge" was present in the culture at the time of the writing - and THEN work out an answer that resonates with the deepest part of our individual being, rather than just parroting something that we have heard, from parents, or preachers.
I have been a serious Bible student for over 40 years, and I know that one cannot just take the present-day English words of it literally, and expect to get much out of it. But if it works for you, then I honor that for you. Just, please, do not try to force your own beliefs on others. Thank you.

No man knows the hour or the day except the Father in heaven. We have been thinking we are in the last days since the beginning of times but yet signs are pointing to the last days. All that really needs to happen is the rebuilding of the temple. I am ready to go........zip outta here!

The Bible is very clear on this subject - no one knows but the Father. If anyone says they do know, they are lying. That being said, the Bible also says we can know the 'season' and it looks like it's getting close - but I could be wrong - it might not be for many more years to come.
