I've been working out my arms for 2-3yrs. I work on biceps 3x a week, triceps 2x a week. I think i've got decent size biceps (i can curl 35s..plz plz save your applause) but it doesn't really show when my arm is straight and relaxed. In fact it looks pretty damn flat. Only time the cut and muscles are seen is when i'm flexing my arms or when making a fist. How can i get that permanent cut-look?...do you think i need to work more on the triceps?...what are some exercises?

bicep curls and their negatives to balance... gotta do the negative/resistance part of the curls too! And yes more on triceps!
Bend at the waist and prop up a knee on something, going one arm at a time, put the weight behind your back and lift it straight out, checking your alignment. Then there is always pushups...give it some thought.

believe it or not most of the guys you see that have ripping biceps and Bodies are on them....

I have heard Muscle Milk isn't good

Try NOS and an amino supplement


So if your taking supplements work out daily ..

By the way
Do 35s 15 times with 5 sets and 5 minute tread mill
in between,you have to keep the blood flowing
if it's easy go up to 40


But by all means don't over work the muscle
Getting a muscle pump is not necessarily what causes the muscle to grow – doing 100 reps with a light rep will create a huge pump – but does this make a muscle grow? Of course not! Distance runners get a pump in their legs when they sprint uphill. Do they get big muscles? Heck no!

Pls do dumb bells of 3 sets of 7 times every day or just do the below given excersize in 5 sets

1)Stand straight
2)stretch your arms and hands parellel to the ground in the same line of chest
3) Join your fingers on to your sholders ( palms inside)
4)Now bring the knee portions to your chest
5) Make the circular rounds " O " in the clock wise direction for 7 times
6) Repeat the Step 5 in the anticlock wise direction

You will see the drastic change in your biceps appearance

You will need to reduce your overall body fat and water retention. Those guys with the ripped muscles have minimal body fat so that the muscles aren't hidden. I'm sure you aren't remotely overweight, but you will have to get even more lean for those muscles to show.

Lots of protein like mucle milk. They aren't steroids, but they will increase your mucsle size.
