I've been working out my arms for 2-3yrs. I work on biceps 3x a week, triceps 2x a week. I think i've got decent size biceps (i can curl 35s..plz plz save your applause) but it doesn't really show when my arm is straight and relaxed. In fact it looks pretty damn flat. Only time the cut and muscles are seen is when i'm flexing my arms or when making a fist. How can i get that permanent cut-look?...do you think i need to work more on the triceps?...what are some exercises?
