Bodybuilder? good. 2 gallons might be too much....depend on your body weight and you are going to have some water retention. I say 1 gallons and if you want get cut for a show...during the last week use water pills to remove any excess of water under your skin.

take care.

Yes-unless you weigh 500 lb. The recommendation is 1/2 ounce/lb. If you are very active maybe a bit more. There is no benefit to distilled or filtered water over plain tap water other than taste preference.

I had a friend who drank an obscene amount of water--I'm talking gallons a day--and when she finally went to the doctor about it, he began to run tests and found out she had a brain tumor and apparently, consuming copious amounts of water was a side effect. However, her water intake increased suddenly. If this is the way you've always been, don't worry so much about it.

DISTILLED WATER - has no minerals or vitamins going in

going out - has vitamins and minerals - where did it get them -
FROM YOU! - quit robbing your body of the necessities of life

and filtered water - yes- you do not need the chlorine and lead -
1/2 oz per pound per day

You shouldn't drink distilled water. It dehydrates you.
