no bar on age for friendship and also sex.

but you need to be mature to face the outcome of friendship or sex.

just remeber girls mature faster then boys. But in any case you are way to young to worry about it anyway. Find an older guy that is capable of challenging your intelligence and dont be in such a hurry to grow up. For cryin out loud what is with you kids these days all its about is sex anymore. Slow the heck down this is why we as tax payers support you because you have sex toooo young and have babies you cant take care of. Enjoy being young for a while,
