I'm guessing that is 43 kilos (thats 2.2 lb to the kilo folks! chill!)
Bloody panic merchants... ah yes, gaining weight and vegan?
you need more calories than you're burning, more pastas, breads, and fruits before workouts/exercise of any kind. Dried fruit is high in sugar and great snacking for the weight gainer!

uh, you weigh 43 what?
anyhow. if you are eating enough for your body type and can't gain weight, i'd see a nutritionist or a doctor. you might have a hormone imbalance. you don't just want to eat more if you already have enough calories - you'll just get fat, which is also unhealthy. it's not unusual for vegetarians to be underweight. make sure you are eating a PROPER vegetarian diet (ensuring you are eating COMPLETE proteins), rather than an uneducated one. that might be a problem, too.

Make sure to eat healthy and in larger quantities. Peanut butter is a quick way to gain weight, and working out can help because you will gain muscle mass (which weighs more than body fat anyway)

You should try high calorie protein shakes in addition to a well balanced vegetarian diet. They do make them with soy instead of dairy, just check your labels! Much Luck:)
