i crack my neck and back regularly, but no pain.
u might have something else. cracking mostly affects bones not muscles.

You could try going to a chiropractor and having yourself evaluated for malallignment. If that doesn't help, you can speak to your physician about medications used to treat anxiety. Most people who compulsively "pop" their joints are under stress and looking for a way to release some of the tension. When you "pop" your neck and back endorphines are released that give us a slight lift. My guess would be that you are over stressed and need to find a better outlet. You could try cardio exercises as well as it also causes endorphines to be released.

my neck makes that noise - i purely assumed it became common. properly, I even haven't any health complications so a techniques as i'm worried, so i don't think of it really is something severe. i imagine I actually were doing this in view that.... properly, as long as i will save in ideas. dont situation about it! xx
