Do you know this girl in person or is it just an internet thing?
If you know her in person then you need to tell her in person. Girls like a man who isn't afraid to walk up to her and tell her how he feels.
If you are young, the myspace thing is probably the best way. When I would like 13/14 I would have rather a guy tell me that through myspace, texting, over the phone, email, or IM instead.
If it is just an online thing, I just want to tell you to be very careful with that. Yes, it is fun but you still need to be careful because you honestly have no idea who is on the other computer. Don't give out any information about yourself that would give the person too much information and be able to find you. If you want to do an online thing I suggest going through a online dating webiste to do that since it is more safe that way.
