kennel train.....keep your dog in a kennel while it's inside, or while your at work or sleeping, after time he will get the idea that when he has to go, he has to do it outside

Lhasas make great bait for hammerhead sharks because all that hair makes them float really well.
Just get one of them harnesses with a handle on the back and thread your leader thru there. You'll need some heavy duty line and tackle, but you knew that.
Lhasas really don't like swimming even though they do it pretty well, but all that thrashing around attracts the sharkies like you wouldn't believe. CHOMP!
