You are only going to clean up your credit rating by paying off you bills in a timely way.
You just can't get out of debt by going deeper in debt.
Bite the bullet, cut back on your spending.
Find a part time job or a better paying job.

There are some links here that might help, but you may need professional help. Debt consolidation agencies often will negotiate a lower payment and lower or no interest for you. There are many that will do this for free for you. Don't get depressed about it, just act to start fixing it.

2) Try Dave Ramsey's plan of prioritizing the funds that you do have.

Nope, you're ******. Just stop spending and start saving. That's how you get out of debt. In other words, don't buy **** you don't need.
