2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
As someone who became a Christian after I had already married an atheist I know it is extremely difficult being married to someone with a different world view. We all experience weak points in our faith. Instead of having someone who will help you remain strong in the weak times of your faith you will have someone who encourages you to be weak in your faith. As difficult as it is being married to someone who believes differently then you, it is worse being the only Christian parent in the house. I want to raise my daughter a certain way, my husband on the other hand doesn't mind letting our daughter watch things on tv that I hate letting her see, he wants he to go fishing on Sunday morning. It is a sad situation when parents can't stand together in the raising of their kids.

argh! tough one isnt it?
corinthians does say - be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelivers.
but check this out-
1cori 7-
13And if any woman has an unbelieving husband and he consents to live with her, she should not leave or divorce him.
14For the unbelieving husband is set apart (separated, withdrawn from heathen contamination, and affiliated with the Christian people) by union with his consecrated (set-apart) wife, and the unbelieving wife is set apart and separated through union with her consecrated husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean (unblessed heathen, [a]outside the Christian covenant), but as it is they are [b]prepared for God [pure and clean].
15But if the unbelieving partner [actually] leaves, let him do so; in such [cases the remaining] brother or sister is not morally bound. But God has called us to peace.
so... there u go...
but i guess at the end of the day what matters is your relationship with the Father.
remember we worship Him in spirit and truth. there is no law to govern us. we have been freed from all that.
God bless you!
Madmaxine, i suggest u pray for u'r husband. all things are possible with God

Corinthians 6:14-18
14.Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

It is the one about being unequally yoked. Also it is not enough to find a Christian man, IMO. He should be of the same theological belief as you. An RC and a Baptist, if they are both very serious about their faith, will never live happily every after.

Christianity is a private club and they want you to keep it in the family by being with another club member.

"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers."
A spouse should be your partner in building the kingdom not someone who pulls you back into the world.
