You did a great job of keeping your eyes open and being aware of your surroundings !
This makes a huge difference. If you carry a cell phone, trust your instincts and call 911 and try to see the license plate. A good description of the vehicle and it's occupants is also helpful (two white males, etc.)
If you think they followed you to see where you lived, make sure the police are aware right away. Can you stay somewhere else until your parents get back ? I would have to assume they will return to the location to see if you are around again.
Stay in tune with your instincts and surroundings, carry pepper spray (be sure to shake quickly before spraying) and never hesitate to let others know your whereabouts constantly.
Most predators want easy targets and people who don't pay attention, so make yourself very visually aware and obvious of what's happening at all times. Walk with someone else whenever possible and always check out your surroundings - if something doesn't seem right than it probably isn't.

If you don't feel safe there, stay some where else. Perhaps some where that has a ADT system. That way, no one will hurt you or bother you. And if they try to, it will set of the alarm and the police will come automatically. If you can't stay some where like that, just keep all the windows and doors locked at ALL times, and stay in the house. If you plan to leave the house, have some one go with you. It may be just a coincidence, but you never can tell. You don't want something to happen to your sweet dog either! Stay some where you know you'll be safe. Keep all numbers you'll need by the phone. Good luck.

I've had something similar happen to me. If your parents are leaving, I would suggest either staying with your Grandparents or a close friend. That way you will feel safe and comfortable. Or maybe you could have some of your friends come over there with you. That would help keep your mind off of things. Your parents should consider that you are worried and either add more locks to the door lol or take you with them!

Just spend a little more time in the house and away from anyone who might be suspicious.

You should call the police and report it. Give them all the information regarding the vehicle and the two men. Let them know that you've never seen them before.

Until your parents come back, don't go anywhere in that area alone. Make sure that you have a few friends along and keep a cellphone with a camera handy. Those two people are now aware that you have a dog. If they are planning to do you harm they can plan on what to do to your dog in order to put you in a vulnerable position.

Be Safe!

See if you could have some friends stay with you not every night but different nights so you don't feel so alone. Get your parents approval or go stay with a friend or relative and take Bruce with you. The same thing happened to me when my parents were on vacation and I was home alone. I had a group of guys pull up at the house about 4 of them knocking on the front door. I ran to my parents room locked myself in and hid. Don't do that, just take precautions and be aware of your surroundings my dear because you can't be too careful.

Get the License plate # and call the cops ASAP! I mean, they know where you live now! Not cool. Don't confront them though. Just keep a cool head and make sure to check in with friends/family often regardless of police involvement. If you can take a pic/video.

don't wait call the cops and if you are able to get a license plate number get it and give that to them along with any description of them. your reaction of being scared is a great warning, listen to it. there is something very wrong, make sure your grandparents know too. and for god's sake don't go anywhere within 50 ft of the car, guys like that can move fast and if you see it coming towards you start screaming and run. don't worry about feeling weird or embarassed its better that than they take you.

I would get the phone book and locate the local police non-emergency number. I am sure if you call them and let them know what is going on they will send a squad car to check it out. I did this once when I had a drunk pounding on my door who wouldn't leave. Cops came, he left and I never saw him again.

i suggest you call the cops and tell them of this disturbance and this strange feeling. and alert them to the fact that your parents are going out of the country soon. but in the meantime go and stay with someone close to you that you feel safe with. and do not go out alone or walk alone especially in scarcely populated places. make sure your're with someone and most of the time in a crowd. well goodluck.

I'd try the Police. Tell them what happened and that you feel uncomfortable and would they please check out the " guys" in that car and let you know what they discovered. Even IF these guys can talk their way OUT of this....at least THEY know your not to be fooled with.
