Probably no way unless you have some pain medication. The spice "cloves" will help. But I have had a toothache so bad that 3 perkiadan's would not faze it. My dentist told me the next day that a toothache is one of the most painful things a person can go through. Even first to a kidney stone. I had a friend that had a stone and watched him drank a quart of 100 proof Vodka and he was still screaming. He tried to pass out but could not. To the ER we carried him....

If you have cloves in the house, put cloves on it and bite downon it. Cloves is a natural pain killer an found in things like Anbesol. Also, rinse and gargle with peroxide - but don't swallow it- just let it it there a while. It's a natural infection killer. Being pregnant, you have to be extremeely careful what you put in your system.

The pain is coming from the nerve itself being exposed, so at the very least avoid sweets and extreme hot or cold, but the best thing to do would be to see a dentist. If you disrupted the nerve inside the tooth then you need a root canal.

The dentist works very well. There is no way to heal a tooth not even a dentist can heal a tooth he can drill away the bad part and cover it with a filling or cap.

I have used Clove oil on a cotton ball placed on the offending tooth. It worked for me, but you need to check with your OB to make sure it is safe.
