You mean, food that causes you to place bodyfat on one particular area? No. Absolutely not. Body fat storage is dictated by your individual genetics, not the foods you eat. An overabundance of calories is what causes one to gain weight, regardless of the source.

Nope. Food is broken down in the digestive system, and then it enters the blood stream. Depending on your genetics your body will store it in certain places first. Also, there is no such as spot weight reduction. Just because you do sit-ups doesn't mean you'll lose weight from your abdomen first. Once more the body will break down fat storage where it is genetically programmed first. Unfortunately, this means you will lose weight from your "trouble spots" last. 70-90% of weight loss is due to diet, and the rest from exercise. It's easier to skip that candy bar than to exercise and burn 200 extra calories. It's important to eat healthy and exercise for total health. Be consistent and don't expect instant results.

In certain ways, you can say " yes ". e.g you had chicken meat full of fats ( oil ) . They cant be disgested at all in our stomach. So all will go to our thighs. Now you know, what have you eaten that made you have thick thighs ?

It all about your genes. Where you gain the weight has already been determined for you. I will say, limit your salt intake (its in everything, so I don't mean just the salt you put on your food.) This will cause you to hold onto water weight which could end up anywhere!

Not the actual food itself ... no. But when it is converted into actual Fat ... then yes fat can be stored in your arms, legs, neck, back, ... well anywhere on your body! ... it just depends on how you perform your daily life ... like if you sit alot .. most fat is going to go down into your butt; thighs. if you stand alot most will settle in your stomach; arms.
