I'm wondering what part of the body are you wanting to remove the hair from. Without that information I cannot advise you. Sounds like leg hair. If that's the case then waxing is the only method that is the least expensive and smoothest way you can use. The hairs grow back softer and thinner. I don't know the conair method so can't remark on that. All the others are too expensive or hurt too much like you said. Until you are an old lady and all the methods you have used become less important to you is when you will more than likely loose your leg hair. Sorry, but so true. I'm not an old lady yet, but I can tell you that the hair is finer now than when I was younger and it's lighter in color too. Funny huh, we lessen hair in some areas and get hair where we don't want it in other areas that is much less attractive ...so, be happy you don't have to deal with THAT issue. hahaha! Good luck and God bless

1. The only topical prescription medicine for reducing hair growth (that I know if) is Vaniqa. It is only for use in women, and only on the face. It has not been shown to be effective in other areas. This drug has neither been studied nor approved for use in men. 2. One of the previous answers is incorrect - laser hair removal can be performed on male privates. You can confirm this yourself - many laser hair removal clinics post their price list online, and include a variety of male "bikini" zones as part of their service offerings. 3. I would encourage you to keep exploring laser hair removal. The market has changed considerably in the last few years, and prices have come way down. On the other hand, some clinics continue to adhere to the older, higher prices. The key is to shop around your area and find the place with the best deal. Keep in mind that laser hair removal requires multiple sessions spread out over time. This is because the laser only treats hairs in one specific phase of their growth cycle. (At any given time, all of your hairs are in a variety of different phases.) Knowing that you will probably need around 6-8 sessions, you can opt to purchase a package deal, which is generally much less expensive than if you had purchased each session separately. Many clinics regularly offer promotions - either on their own or through discount services such as Groupon and Living Social. Keep and eye for them. 4. Lastly, as for your embarrassment, all I can say is that treating the bikini area is one of the more popular targets for laser hair removal. Laser hair removal technicians regularly perform this service and have "seen it all". Typically, they are very professional during the process. They can also describe what will happen beforehand, answering any questions you may have. Perhaps you might opt to start out with some other area of your body first, until you have grown comfortable with the process and your technician?

i know the wax is painful but it is the best way and the hair stays gone longer. We girls have to sometime endure some pain. a shot of tequila might help a little before going in to have this done.

I agree with lazer. Safe and permanant way of hair removal. But get it done from a specialist.

ok so don't get Nair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my sister used it and it is like razor burn times 20! it scarred her! hmmm now for the solution...why are you so urgent for hairless ness? just wear pants, oh, and some lotions reduced hairgrowth after you shave. so like the hair doesn't grow back for another like 3 days or so. the smoothness lasts longer. that is your safest bestest bet! your welcome!
