yes it comes out . but the difference between permanant color and semi is ammonia. Ammonia PERMANANTLY changes the color in your hair and when the COLOR fades you will have a orangeish brassy tone. The artificial pigmnet can be removed(by a professional please) or you can wash your hair with Dawn Dish Soap. iT will strip some of the color out . Did you leave the color on the recomended amount of time? Taking the color off too soon will not allow full deposit of artificial color/ and leave a unwanted brassyness. What color was your hair to begin with? darker or lighter than the chosen box color. all these factors play a part in the final result.

Permanent hair color will fade. The darker colors will fade faster.
You can correct it with a temporary color, until the permanent color grows out. Using a stain like henna will hold you over too. It can get complicated after that. So, I'd recommend a color-artist at a nice salon help you out.

the more you wash the more the color will change, you might find that after a few (5 to 7) washes you might like it. the dyes that you buy always come out a shade darker than whats on the box.

In time it'll begin to fade... depending on your type of hair and the color of the hair dye you've used, it can fade back to your natural hair color or a lighter shade of what was your natural hair color. Hope i helped!

No it does not come out because it permanantly alters the hair. It will fade though. You can use a darker color over it though.

You either have to color over it or cut it out. It will eventually fade but not come completely out.

Only by growing it out and cutting off the dyed part.

you can use a color stripper, but that will damage your hair some more. But, it does work
it can also be found in the color isle

You could treat it with peroxide, or some other dye, or just wait for it to grow out.
