I was wondering how many items i should put out.
None are vegitarians or but one has allergy to eggs and peanuts
This is what i have so far:
Turkey, Tomato and Basil Fusili served cold
Bite Size Baked Potatoes using new pots and various fillings
Turkey on Slices of baguette with stuffing
Sweet Cous Cous with raisins and pineapple
Mince Pies with cream
Triffle without the sponge but with Brandy in recipie

I think you have got plenty but if you want one more fun idea try fondue.
Melt about 250g chocolate and once melted stir in 1/4 cup cream. Stick it all in a heated pot, or a pot that has a candle burning under it and let everyone use skewers to dip fruit, marshmallows, cake and bikkies. It is lots of fun to do with a small gathering and you can introduce a penalty for people who drip chocolate or drop their marshmallow of the end of the skewer. We usually enforce shots of tequila when that happens.....

That all sounds a little too much, but it really depends on the gathering, what its for! Formal, just to party, etc? I can never go wrong with chicken from Popeyes, but on a formal occasion, depending on how much your willing to spend, shrimp with cocktail sauce, and lobster rolls are great!

I think what you have is a wonderful menu! If nothing else, you will have leftovers, and you guests will find your offerings marvelously lavish!
Good Show!

I believe your guests will be impressed with your menu choices and with yourself. That is a very thought out selection.
