How can I prevent myself from getting the flu?

I don't want to get the flu this years so can you help me on how to prevent it. I am in a high school with kids all day so i need tips.

Get a flu shot. Wash your hands frequently. Keep Lysol in your classroom. Use Airborne (otc antioxidant compound-found in the local drugstore).

lol.. i heard your supposed to run around your house barefoot in the snow. but since there's no snow that would be a little hard. lol :)
