I go to the resize option but I don't understand the pixel width and length and all that poo...so I don't know how to do it.

If you are adding it in html you can use the code:
That will make it a smaller square. If you want a rectangle make the width larger.

Well if you have windows live messenger then they have a photo feature that lets you resize your pic when ever you want. Its all free.

u can resize a picture in microsoft word too...

if you upload your pictures to photobucket it gives you resizing options.

Download INFRANVIEW its very user-friendly. Just mess with it youll understand it.
