is sauna for childrens?

at what age is apropiate? is there any risk?

Some saunas have posted guidelines for the proper age children should be to enter a sauna. I personally would not allow anyone under 15 to be in a working sauna.

Not before teen years.

Young children have immature cooling systems and can't adapt to extreme dry heat. This is why they get heat stroke more easily than adults.

not without parental supervision... children should never be unattended in a sauna
