I like this extremely shy gal, adn all her friends are helpin me to get to know her. She only studies n she doesnt even hangout, but today she went to the mall wit me n her friends. I started flirting wit her and i also bought her a drink and she said HI to me in the hallway for the 1st time YAY. So my question is, what should i do next? SHes in my p.e class and swing dancing is comin up.

Take your time with her. Give her room to breath. I know you're excited about this but you have plenty of time to get to know each other. Who knows it could be a lifetime.
It sounds like you might be a little shy too - that's sweet and a wonderful attribute.
If swing dancing is coming around and you'd like to dance with her. Than ask her if she'd like to dance with you.
I've found the best way to be with others no matter what our intentions is to be honest. As long as what you do is out of love and you're not trying to manipulate anyone than in the end it has to be a good thing. Although, things may not always work out the way you want.
I think the most attractive thing about someone else is the way the treat others. If you are honorable and act with integrity you can't go wrong.
So -- be yourself and handle this on your own, don't go to others to help you or ask them what she's saying about you. Trust it to work out as it should.

Just ask go up and ask her in the hallway at school or if she likes to studie why don't you run into her and carry her books to her class for her and then ask, "Hey this stupid dance thing is coming up, ya wanna be my partner?". Then while your dancing in P.E Class ask her out on date, but make sure you find out things about her like what she likes to do, so you know what to do on your 1st date. Good Luck!

Awwww don't you seem like the sweet one!! Okay - next move; cause she is shy I wouldn't suggest you make any massive moves on her... to be honest i'd suggest you continue flirting with her and maybe step it up a notch and tell her that you think she's pretty or good looking or whatever word you want to use :) That'll make her embaressed, we know that, but it'll also make her feel good :o)
