Take her to the vet!!
If she's an outdoor cat she may have gotten into a fight with another animal (cat, racoon, skunk, etc...), or if she stays indoors she may have hurt herself or picked up an infection.
Get her checked out and I hope she is ok.

Call your VET-if closed will have a Emergency No to call take your cat to the VET NOW-there are 24hrEmergency Clinics and Emergency Clinics open when Vets are closed-no matter which take her now-If it is tTotally impossible then do not allow her to go outside but keep in a room where she cannot get out naturally put litterbox in in the room and WATER-since having diarrea important she not get dehydrated-dilute a little bit of milk in lukewarm water and put approx 1teaspoon sugar-will keep her from getting dehydrated esp the sugar. Just enough milk to give some taste to encourage her to drink it.Straight milk gives diarrea. Also (she may struggle and scratch ) but only lukewarm water more on the cold side but not all cold-pour over the wound but DO NOT DRY OR TOUCH.You touching can put bacteria and then will cause infection same with towel or anything used to dry.Probably had a lstercation with another caat or a nother animla(why cats are safer, live longer when inside cat.She needs to go to vet ASAP before infecion sets in for infection can spread to other organs etc.

Don't you know it's time to call the vet or emergency?
Come on, what will someone do if they see you in the same condition? If your cat is outdoor cat, it's possible some cowards have poisoned her or hurt her internally!
If it;s indoor, then you have been careless, leaving traces of food or feeding her bad food! Sorry but only the vet can help your kitty right now and you are not helping her by going to Yahoo asking this!!!

If your cat is missing a piece of skin you need to take it to the doctor and have it stitched up before it gets infected. And diarrhea could just be something it ate but if I was you id get it checked because it could have drunk or ate something bad, also table scraps will cause cats and dogs to get diarrhea.

Get the cat to the vet.Was it outside where it could have been injured? Did the dierria just start when you noticed the chunk missing? The dierria is usually a sign that the cat needs to be dewormed but do not deworm if cat is sick.See a vet!!

She needs to go to the vet as soon as they are open, or if you have a 24 hour clinic nearby, get off the computer and take her. The belly injury is a huge issue, and is probably related to the discharge. Don't make her wait .

What exactly happened to your kitten!? You should take good care of it.
Anyway, my experience is that the weakest part of a cat is the belly, get you kitten something to wrap around the belly (naked part) to keep warm, may be this can help.
But bring it to a veterinarian before it die.
