To answer that question directly, then God, through His Word, would condone the sin that we seek naturally. This would be contrary to God's nature and to one of the main themes of the Bible.

It wouldn't be any different in this world. God gave "man" the ability to make choices, so we do what we want as it is.... Now if we were programmed like animals then it would matter.

In case, you hadn't noticed, they do whatever they please anyway as long as other people don't catch them at it.
Personally, I think we would have had ourselves sorted out much sooner and learned to to be more effective and cooperative quicker without the 'help' of 'inspired' rulebooks.

It does, it's under Free Will. If we didn't we would all just be a bunch of drones programmed to worship God. Instead He makes it our choice to follow Him.

The whole world will be confused and corruption. Desires occupied the whole world. Some of the desires cannot be fulfilled and will fight for or kill for. When desires is not fulfilled, hell is already there.

God does let people do whatever they please, although sometimes they should'nt - this is called free will, but once people begin to have a real relationship with God, they begin to be pleased more and more by the things that please God, then they can do whatever they please and it actually pleases God.
