Stalking is the intentional and obsessive invasion of privacy between two parties. While not necessarily involving communication of an unwelcome nature (this is simply known as "harassment"), this sometimes accompanies stalking. If someone is constantly following you around without your invitation, going through your trash, peeping in the windows of your home... well, you've got yourself a stalker. If they simply come around when they aren't welcome and invite themselves into everything you do--or if they repeatedly threaten or menace you--then you're being harassed. Either way, you'd think some people would find better things to do with their time!

In FL, we have three categories of stalking.
We define it as a person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person.
Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person, and makes a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear of death or bodily injury of the person, or the person's child, sibling, spouse, parent, or dependent, commits the offense of aggravated stalking.
Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks a minor under 16 years of age commits the offense of aggravated stalking.
Stalking is a misdemeanor; however, aggravated stalking is a felony. We, as police officers, may make an arrest without a warrant on stalking as long as we have probable cause (reason to believe the offense was committed).

O.J. Simpson. What he did the night he murdered the mother of his children and a good samaritan young man, Ron Goldman. Poor O.J. a sociopath of the lowest order. By the by, why would his children have anything to do with him? Biggest criminals in the whole case: The jury that set him free to get back at the white man justice. A bunch of silly nillies.
