The best way you can get rid of a boil is too apply heat.

Take a wash-cloth, and run it under hot water, wring it out good, and apply directly on the boil.

Keep doing this until the wash-cloth cools off, continue on with the hot water, etc.

This draws the infection to the surface of the skin, once you see that it's drawing the infection further to the surface, leave it alone, and within minutes it should burst.

After the boil has burst, clean well with hydrogen proxide, and rub antiseptic ointment on the open skin where the boil once was.

Good antiseptic creams, salve, lotion, are polysporin, neosporin, ozonol, etc. If the area feels rather tender you can apply a bandaid or sterile gauze with medical tape to keep in place.

After this, continue to clean with the above solution, and cover with the above mentioned creams, within a few days, it should clear-up.

Good luck.

OLD traditional remedy:
Cut up a piece of bread into small cubes and place in a bowl. Boil some water, and pour a little of the water into the bowl, gradually adding more and mixing with the bread until it becomes a paste.
(Trust me...this will hurt like hell...but it works...) Take some of the mixture and pply it directly to the boyle. The heat does do alot of the work, but the yeate in the bread helps to draw out the nastiness faster.

It is spelled boil and the best way to get rid of it is to try putting a hot cloth on it for a bit first and then trying to pop it by using a sterilized needle. Apply a hot cloth again afterwards and some antibiotic cream. try and leave it open to the air if you can.

Please do not stick a needle in it. It can get infected. Try getting a product called ICHTHAMMOL. Most pharmacies carry it behind the counter. It will help draw it out. If that doesn't work go to a doctor. But please don't stick a needle in it.
