I have always appreciated the motto of a friend of mine when I was in college (way, way back in the 70s).

Tom liked to say this: "Moderation in all things ... including moderation". He also lived by that motto.

I try not to take life too seriously! I just enjoy myself.

I surround myself with people I like as much as I can. I avoid those I don't like or who I think are nuts.

I don't waste my time with religion.
