Go to the police department or sheriff's station with jurisdiction over your home address. If you live in Palmdale, go to that sheriff's office. If you live in Compton, go to Compton PD.
Remember that failure to register is a misdemeanor under HS 11590 so don't just blow it off.

James P is so right but, geez, that is a bummer. Who wants to go around registering as a druggie? Is that fair? I mean when my mom got busted she was supposed to register but she never did and she laughed all the way to her overdose. Loved that old lady. She could roll a.....roll of jelly...uh, I mean she had jelly role blues all over the place. Anyway, she joined pa who accidentally shot himself as he aimed for ma. But I turned out fine. I'm just an alcoholic.
