You don't say how long ago this happened. If it was several days ago and they're just red and irritated, you should be ok just putting some antibiotic ointment on it. If this just happened and you don't know what kind of spider it was, definitely go to the doctor. The fact that the bites are on your stomach makes me think that maybe this happened while you were sleeping? If so, completely strip the bed, vacuum your mattress (in fact, flip it too), and wash all your bedding. If the redness and irritation doesn't go away after a week or so, if they develop pus or start seeping, or if they start to get worse in any other way, go to the doctor.

You need to put a drawing salve on to draw the venom out. If you do not have any put a potato slice on it. This will help to draw some of it out. Then, you can put some neosporin on it to help heal and prevent infection. I was bit by a brown recluse spider five months ago near my ankle and it has just formed a scab. The brown recluse will cause the wound to ulcerate and eat the flesh. I have went through an awful ordeal with it. Yours doesn't sound like it was from a poisonous spider like mine was. My doctor told me there isn't much you can do for a spider bite unless it becomes infected, but to be safe you might want to see a doctor just in case. Mine did get infected and I developed a staph infection from it and have necrosis (dead tissue). If you think you were bitten by a poisonous spider there is a brown recluse first aid kit that you can buy online that draws the venom out quickly. I wish I would've had the kit when I first got bit, but didn't even know about it until two months after I was bit somebody told me about it. Good luck and I hope your wounds heal.

If they are red and irritated, there might be a slight infection there. You can try putting triple antibiotic ointment on the affected areas 3 times a day. I've found that to be effective for all kinds of minor skin infections.

The other thing you can try is hydrocortizone ointment on the areas. I would try the antibiotic ointment first. If neither helps and the symptoms continue you might want to see your doctor.

yeah, go... especially if there's a chance that they are brown recluse spider bites. Those cause a painful necrosis of the flesh around the bites, and need medical attention. If you don't live in the habitat range of the brown recluse, then the advice given in the other answers is just fine.
