when i say flirting. i mean he keeps touching me on the shoulder, back, arm, and hand. comments like "you're hot" "you're pretty".

it goes both ways cuz no he could be serious or could just be messin around just show him maybe u really want ot do something see if he wants to go out with u or do like i do when im confused i talk about past relationships this does two things opens up the flood gates for talkin and seeing if tha peson might be right for u
