If you are underage and having sexual intercourse and the judge finds out, the may issue the order. Since you are both minors (at least in most states) the parents are the ones who really have the main say. So the odds are against you here, the judge will probably issue the restraining order.

A restraining order doesn't necessarily have to be about assault, it can be that they are frightened of you, frightened for their son. They would have to go to the courthouse and sign an affidavit indicating why they want the restraining order and what you have done that would make a judge believe that the restraining order is for good cause. A judge then has to sign the order and you have to be served. The person getting the order can call their local police and make sure that they have a copy in their file so if you show up at the house they can either 1) serve you with the papers, or if you have already been served, arrest you for violation of the order. The order will specify what you can't do..such as being within 500 feet of the house, telephone call, present yourself, etc. Your copy will tell you. Their will be a court date on the order for you to appear (and for them to appear) to present your case (and theirs) as to why the restraining order should remain in effect, for how long or whether it is permanently in place. It's up to the judge, but you can present your side as well and argue why you are not a threat to anyone.

Yeah, depending on the state you are in (and this is true in most states) it is pretty easy for parents to get a restraining order if sex is involved with anyone under 18 if there is a 2 or more year difference in age.
