Can someone who's not with us anymore warn you about something ,that's about to happen?

You can be warned. I am not sure who is doing it. Sometimes it is your inner voice. Maybe an angel. Many years ago, just as I was getting in my car, I heard someone call my name and the voice sounded like my deceased mother's. It was in the distance somewhere, but no one was around. It gave me the creeps. I decided that maybe I should not go to the post office that night. It was very later and that was why I was leaving the house, but I did not go. The next day in the news it said that that night a woman had been murdered at the post office, about the time I would have been there. What was that? I don't know. But I know to listen to my inner voice. An guardian angel, maybe.

My mom died when I was 18. I got very very sick a few years back and I started calling for my mom. All of a sudden a light floated down from the ceiling and settled on the stereo beside me. I remember hearing in my mind just relax and calm down. Everything will be okay. Just go to sleep. I did and when I woke up the next morning I was fine. I hope that sort of answered your question,

Yes if they are still attached to you from the otherside. I'm not talking like they are ghosts and you can see and hear them when you are awake. They might visit you in a dream and they talk to you or it just feels like they are there as if like a memory. That is how you stay connected with them. This is what I believe.

By "not with us anymore" you mean dead, do you not. You are so afraid of the reality of death that you are unable to even mention it! They are dead, not gone to "a better place!" Face up to it and start to live this life that you have. Life is made precious by the fact that it will end.
