Please somebody tell me what is the difference between lime and lemon

two different citrus fruits. lemons are yellow. limes are green. they taste differently although i can't really describe the difference here.

Lime is green. Lemon is yellow. Lime has a more subtle flavor, creamy by comparison. Lemons are less subtle and the citric acid content is higher with a sharp texture on the pallet.

A lime is green and somewhat sour.
A lemon is yellow and very sour.
But you can cook, and eat them both.
