Hmm. First off if she is not enough to fulfill you sexually perhaps this is a problem. I would daresay that she will ask herself that exact question if that topic is broached. Consider what the general discontent with you sexual life with her is before considering complicating things further. I mean, if this guy and you are acquaintances and you are in a relationship where sex with others isn't that big of a deal then perhaps you should buddy up, hit the club, and then find some "fingercuffs willing" female to satisfy this urge.
That said if you're bent on sharing her with another and that is the kick, then I would say have an open discussion about fantasies. People are so often willing to perform the most intimate of acts with one another, but can't hold a simple conversation about their deepest desires... Have that conversation. Move it towards both your and her's deepest desires and fantasies. Once you start being candid about things of which you've thought then you can broach this subject.
I would recommend that you do it at a point where you normally have your "deep" conversations. Whether that be after sex or through the course of a night of drinking... you know better than I. Open up though. Don't let yourself be the victim of your own desires (or hers which she might not be telling you about) and hold things back from your partner. If you're willing to do the things you do then a candid conversation about how you want to do those things shouldn't be so hard.

if she is really your girlfriend, if you really care about this woman do not do this. in the end, if you do this, you will resent her for doing what you wanted her to do.
as adults we all have fantasies. that does not mean we have to act on them.
