I am not in a relationship with this girl. We have become good friends over the last couple of months. We are both kind of awkward. She has agreed that it could be something more. She knows I like her alot, but it's basically wait and see. Bottom line is I want to kiss her by the end of the semester. We both hate dating, but like hanging out in our dorm. How do I set up a kiss???

If you have to "set it up" than maybe it isn't right for you. Try this...while you're just "hanging out in the dorm", turn and look her in the eyes...and move in a bit closer. If it is right, it will proceed from there...she will move closer as well and it will just happen. If not, then maybe you are destined to be just friends.

I would be close a few times, do things together, be near and moving slowly (and probably alone together!). Then just slowly, softly, kiss her. The slow method keeps her from being startled, and gives her a chance to back away if she needs to. It may be obvious to you, but don't start out hit and run, or a swat attack. It's about bringing pleasure, warmth, closeness, security, and comfort to your partner.
