He doesn't...if he hasn't talked to you, he doesn't know you. I learned this the hard way...I like a guy I had never talked to before...my friends told him, he started talking to....three weeks later he has a girlfriend (of whom he actually talked to) and I looked like an idiot walking towards his locker. SO, don't follow the first advice and tell him. Get to know him first, talk to him before deciding any feelings for him. THinking a guy (or him thinking you) is/are hot is fine and dandy, but dont ' call the liking shots until you actually know the person! Good luck to you!
