Well, if you are too scared to tell her to her face, then my advice would be to write her a note. Write a cute little note telling her how you feel, if she likes you too, she will definetly appreciate the courage.

it all depends on your age
if you are in high school, and shy, write it in a note
if thats not the case, then when yall are alone and just hanging out with her and laughing be like "you know, you're pretty cool" and when she laughs and answers with some answer like "i know it!" or something be like "i mean, really. your pretty cool. i like hanging around you, as a matter of fact i like everything about you" and see where it goes from there
