let me tell ya....ok i have a problem w/ weight too. i jus dont care wat ppl care most of the time....but sometimes i do. but u dont have to change for someone else if you do..do it for your self. and you could be big and beautiful. beautiful comes in every size and if you have to change to make someone like you they are not very good ppl are they? they will except you for who you are. so dint worry about it. ok hope this helps.....bye and good luck

If YOU are not happy with you and you'd like to change then I suggest the cave man for life diet. That mean you eat fruits, veggies, nuts and grains, eat meat sporadically and the more you stick to what and how a cave man would have eaten it, the better results you will have. You will be healthier and you will feel good and you will look great. Soon, all that processed food and fast food will not taste very good to you. You will notice all the salt and sugar and you will feel the fat coating your mouth when you eat it. It will taste disgusting. Remember you achieved a state of overweight a bite at a time. You will achieve normal weight the same way. Good luck.

You shouldn't lose weight to meet the expectations of others. Just leave your body whoever you feel it should be. Though it is better if you lose some weight, no offense, for health related problems.

Well if I were you I would make sure that you are losing the weight for yourself, not for other people. As long as you are happy with your body then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. You are the one that has to walk around in your skin, don't walk around in something you are ashamed to wear.

If you don't have a problem with what you look like, then you have to make a workout plan for your self esteem. If you are confident, you won't worry too much about what others thought weight-wise, unless your doctor told you.

Don't EVER do anything to please other people...You have to love yourself before anyone else can love you...so if you are happy then don't sweat it...if you're unhappy with your weight then lose it because you want to for your health, self image, better selection of clothes and the person you could see inside.

listen no offense but you just answered your own question your ahppy how you are and the people that love you will understand that your happy the way you are and if they dont understand then they dont really love you. i mean no one should care if someone is over weight but there still is , so if your happy how you are dont change

there are two ways of thinking about this.
1 do you really want to loose weight or
2 do you just want to discuss it and complain how people treat you.
the reasons are yours to accept or reject. do what you want to do.but if you choose to stay fat don't cry if you feel you are not treated as you would like people to treat you. it was your decision.
we get fat by ourselves and we have to do the work to loose what we put on!!!
if you really want to loose weight put down the fork and start walking around instead of lying around!!!
that is the only way!!!
