LOL. Good one. Sometimes you just feel like ripping your nose off your face when you're sick, right? That probably won't clear up the cold but will definately make you forget about it as your sinuses disintegrate. Drink plenty of orange juice and get extra rest. I bundle up at night while I'm sleeping to "sweat it out" and after a couple of days, it works.

A few things would probably occur as a result of you spraying WD-40 up your nose. A searing, throbbing pain followed by convulsive nausea and death are just a few I can think of on the spur of the moment. If your remedy worked don't you think we'd be buying WD-40 at the drug store by now??

No... Believe it or not.. they make nasal spray products you can purchase over the counter at many drugstores.
